About the photography


Footprints Photography gives you the opportunity to preserve your memories with beautiful photographs from an international, award winning photographer. We freeze time and preserve memories that you, your friends, and your children will be happy to look again, and again NOW and when they grow up. All of these do not happen in a 'square' studio, posing like everybody else. We take time to visit you at your own place. Footprints Lifestyle Photography is about capturing you, your children, your family in your own environment, doing your hobbies, or anything that you love to do. Feel free to take a look at the galleries of previous photo sessions. Everything starts by booking a photo session. It can be for yourself / children, or for a gift to someone special. We will contact you for the details, or you can read more here. Note that newborn sessions need to be done during the first 5-10 days of life, so it’s best to book your newborn session while you are still expecting. Every photo session is carried out by the international award winning photographer, Kyriacos Arkatites, EFIAP/b. Footprints Photography thru Kyriacos is a 100% natural light photography, who offers award winning, artistic children and family portraiture. What you may get is not limited to small printed pictures. You may have a large canvas ‘poster’ for the wall in your salon, or a unique item to decorate your office desk (you will find out about many other choices, after the photo session).
OPTION 1, Booking a photo session for you. Contact us through email or phone. We will decide together the time of the photo shoot. Approximately two weeks after your session, you will receive your photos. Additionally, an on-line gallery of your photographs will be published. A link will be emailed to you. Feel free to pass this link to anyone who may be interested in viewing your portraits.
OPTION 2, Photo session as a gift. Send us an email with the name and contact details of the person (or parents) for whom the gift is intended. After full payment is done, you will receive through mail a “gift coupon” which you may print and give to your loved ones. Alternatively, we can get in touch with the person to be photographed, directly. The rest is as above.
Where. Footprints Photography believes that a baby or a child should look as natural as possible. That is why we take time to visit you at your own place. This way, We take pictures at yours or the baby’s own environment Disturb newborns (and parents) as little as possible Utilize natural light, when possible Saving your time and respecting your busy schedule, and Giving to the photos your home’s ambiance, thus making each photo session unique and personal For non-newborn sessions, feel free to choose any other location, outdoors or indoors. Anywhere that let you freely express and be yourself.
